In the 1980s, Dylan Scritten’s grandfather, Michael Scritten, founded Scritten Painters with a simple commitment to honest work, reliable service and pride in every finish. Decades later, the business is still operating and remains a respected name — a standard that continues to shape how we work today.
Founded by Dylan Scritten, IN10CITY Projects brings together trade heritage and professional industry insight. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Construction Management from the University of Cape Town and has five years of experience in construction, property development and project management from a banking and property finance perspective. This background allows the company to approach every project with both practical craftsmanship and structured planning.
Our mission is to improve spaces in a way that adds lasting value to people’s homes and investments, through careful workmanship, clear communication and dependable delivery.
